WARRANTY

Her-Rong Electric Works Co. warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment. This warranty does not apply to products that are opened  without Her-Rong's authorization, mishandled or damaged after leaving the Her-Rong's facility, or are operated under conditions other than the normal use for which they were designed, Her-Rong's obligation under this warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement of Her-Rong product. Her-Rong shall have the sole right, upon inspection of any product, to determine whether or not the defect or damage is covered by the terms of this warranty.

Merchandise may not be returned without authorization. A return authorization number must be request from Her-Rong and material for repair must be returned transportation prepaid. Unauthorization return shipments will not be accepted.

Warranty Policy is not apply to China Region.
